The idea for this cookbook was born out of our own experiences traveling in a van. As van enthusiasts and avid cooks, we found that the biggest challenge while on the road was finding easy and nutritious recipes that we could prepare in our van's limited kitchen space. We decided to create a cookbook that would not only provide tasty recipes but also offer tips and tricks for cooking in a van.
The book features more than 50 recipes ranging from breakfast to dinner, snacks to desserts, and everything in between. Mariangela's background in Peruvian and Italian cuisine is reflected in many of the recipes.
